Entry from: Arbil, Iraq post title: "A short stay in Hawler / Arbil" Input: "After returning from Amedy and spend a few days in Dohuk, I went to Hawler / Arbil, I took a taxi from the city of Dohuk. and after about 3 hours I found myself in the busy streets of Arbil central market area. The trip waslegthened by a half-dozen security checks, which was deeper than we neared the outskirts (within approximately 20 km) of the Moselle and approaches Arbil. Fortunately, in all cases. The soldiers were all very friendly and we had to leave only the vehicle immediately (nearest Arbil), during the time of my passport was quite thoroughly by a group of soldiers sructinized and a brief search was made of my backpack.
